Chris was amazing. He was on time. Called to alert me of his arrival time. Very patient in hiding me through the problem with my garage door. He was very knowledgeable and went to work right away on the door explaining everything to me. Definitely a good representative for the company.

A lightening strike caused a high voltage surge that wiped out our garage door openers (and other things). A call to Precision promptly brought out a service man who installed and adjusted two new door openers in a couple hours. In trying to fine tune the travel of one of the doors I managed to get it stuck. A man came out the next day to solve that problem. Couldn't ask for better service.

I was disappointed of the fact that I was charged for a service call. The person that you sent was a very nice and polite young man, he was there no more than 5 minutes. He told me that the rubber on my door was unable to repair because that's how they all are. However, he did try to accommodate the door, he said it wasn't the door, but that my house shifted, that was the reason for the gap. Why charge for service call when in actuality he did absolutely nothing ????. This door is brand new, I should not have been charge nothing at all.

Thanks for your feedback. We do our best to accommodate all things and take care of issues if they arise, even for doors that were installed over a year ago. As you know, the floor of your garage was not level at the time of installation. We returned later and replaced the bottom seal with a larger type at no charge to you, neither labor, material nor service fee. At that time, we also informed you that the problem will remain as long as the issue with the concrete floor was not addressed. It has been over 1yr since the door was installed and the issue addressed to the best of our ability on the garage door side of things. As we discussed, we strongly suggest you repair the concrete.

August 6 2022 Your man was supposed to come to give us a price for two garage door replacements. He called at 7:45 am (we had an appointment for 8:00 am) and said that he had to "stop at the shop" before he got to my house and would be 50 minutes late. Repair tech was extremely courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. He explained what he was going to do as he worked, before Doing it. He cleaned up as he worked. He left no mess behind. He was well mannered I was very impressed to get a live person rather than a recording when I called for service and was surprised that Precision was able to come out the same day. Will definitely recommend them for any garage door services. I will use them again in the future.

I CAME HOME YESTERDAY AND PULLED INTO OUR GARAGE. THE CAR WENT IN SAFELY AND WE WENT TO CLOSE THE GARAGE DOOR AND WE HEARD THE LOUDEST NOISE. SOMETHING BROKE BUT AT FIRST WE DIDN'T KNOW WHERE IT CAME FROM. LOW AND BEHOLD THE SPRING ON THE GARAGE DOOR - A DOUBLE WIDE GARAGE DOOR BROKE. I KNEW WE WERE IN TROUBLE. SO THEREFORE I GOT TO MY COMPUTER AND FOUND IMMEDIATELY PRECISION DOOR SERVICE. A YOUNG FELLOW BY THE NAME OF JIM CAME TO OUR HOME. HE WAS WONDERFUL AND GOT US UP AND RUNNING IN NO TIME WHATSOEVER. HE WAS PERSONABLE, KNOWLEDGEABLE, JUST AN OUT AND OUT TERRIFIC REPAIRMAN FOR OUR HOME. PRECISION IS JUST WONDERFUL. DON'T DELAY, CALL THEM AND IN NO TIME YOU ARE UP AND RUNNING. WE HAD JIM TAKE CARE OF THE SPRING AND WHATEVER ELSE WE NEEDED BECAUSE THE GARAGE DOOR HAS NEVER BEEN SERVICED IN NUMEROUS NUMEROUS YEARS. WE HAD A TOTAL OVERHALL SPRINGS, WHATEVER WE NEEDED.

Best thing since bread! I called this company because I saw they were licensed and insured. I am so thankful I did. They had me “at HELLO”. Beth answered the phone with a smile in her voice.
