Call to Precision Door for garage door not opening all the way: answered by human and she diagnosed issue as a broken spring and scheduled appt in 3 days. Call from tech day before to let us know what time he would arrive. Call from tech day of appt to ask if he could come earlier. He did. Mark worked independently but let us know it was the spring and what repair would cost. He had to replace bearings and spring. Also replaced outside remote. Mark was a joy to converse with and knowledgeable about the door workings. He enjoys his job and a wonderful representative of your company.

A lightening strike caused a high voltage surge that wiped out our garage door openers (and other things). A call to Precision promptly brought out a service man who installed and adjusted two new door openers in a couple hours. In trying to fine tune the travel of one of the doors I managed to get it stuck. A man came out the next day to solve that problem. Couldn't ask for better service.
