Jacob did a great job on installing a new opener and springs. He carefully explained the work and was easy to talk to. Only gotcha is that he should have had more training on the new model opener as we had trouble getting the video to stream from the camera on the door opener. Otherwise, we are pleased.

I had a problem with my garage door opener not operating properly. Your representative Jacob called ahead of time, and arrived exactly at the time he said he would. Jacob then identified the problem very quickly. He was able to correct the problem very quickly and identified a few other issues that may need attention. He lubricated my garage doors, tightened the chain, and now all three doors are operating smoothly...all at a reasonable cost. Jacob could not have been any nicer.
