He Scott, I understand your frustration maintaining a second house. However, we are not subcontractors from that random big box store. We value our customers, level of service and quality of installation work. We value our employees and their well being. With that said, we are not able to sel operators at or below that sort of competition. And we certainly are not able to install operators for less than what we purchase them for from our suppliers. I'm sorry that you don't see it from our point of view and wish you all the best.

Good morning! Yesterday, I had your Technician, Mark, show up at my residence. I had two worn and dated garage doors and associated mechanicals. Mark did an assessment and diagnosed the problems. Both doors needed a complete rebuild and replacement of hardware, i.e., springs, cables, wheels and and associated bearings. He was on time, concise, professional and respectful. The job was completed in a little over two hours. I would recommend him and your company to anyone with garage door issues!
