We are very happy with your service techs. We had the door fixed and, new opener put in 3 yrs ago. Never had a problem after installation. We had a bad storm here that caused 8 trees and electric pole come down on Garage. We had major damage to my home and Garage. $45,000 in damage. This happened July 3rd, 2025. Our contractor fixed the door he thought. We wound up having to call Precision Doors to come and service the door. Precision door is, top notch! Then gave me a detailed list of what parts were recommended/needed to repair the door. He had all the required parts on his truck and had the door up and running in a very short time.
