Our garage door spring broke in half this past weekend. Doing some research, I found precison door services had nearly perfect reviews. Jacob, the technician, was on time and extremely knowledgeable. At no point did he try to upsell me on unnecessary add ons or upgrades. He explained everything in detail on what he was doing and what he suggested needed to be done in order to avoid future issues. Jacob was very personable and I highly recommend both him and precision door for all garage door repairs or installs.

Call to Precision Door for garage door not opening all the way: answered by human and she diagnosed issue as a broken spring and scheduled appt in 3 days. Call from tech day before to let us know what time he would arrive. Call from tech day of appt to ask if he could come earlier. He did. Mark worked independently but let us know it was the spring and what repair would cost. He had to replace bearings and spring. Also replaced outside remote. Mark was a joy to converse with and knowledgeable about the door workings. He enjoys his job and a wonderful representative of your company.
