Our garage door spring broke in half this past weekend. Doing some research, I found precison door services had nearly perfect reviews. Jacob, the technician, was on time and extremely knowledgeable. At no point did he try to upsell me on unnecessary add ons or upgrades. He explained everything in detail on what he was doing and what he suggested needed to be done in order to avoid future issues. Jacob was very personable and I highly recommend both him and precision door for all garage door repairs or installs.

Professional, friendly and informative. Located Issue, Corrected issue and did a safety check of all components of our garage door and opener. Lubricated all moving parts with detailed explanation of what products should be used in the future for routine maintenance. Discussed recommendations part upgrades for safety and improvement of garage door. Happy to have my garage door working again. Thank you
