Jacob was very courteous and professional. He gave us three estimates to choose from. He fixed the initial problem of a broken spring but also installed a bottom door panel that we had on hand and needed replaced. He also showed me how to lubricate the wheels and the pulleys to keep them running smoothly. We are very happy with his work!!

While installing a new garage door opener for a friend, I noticed a broken spring. I was able to mount the opener but couldn't complete the installation because of the "frozen door." Your technicians installed a new spring and then were kind enough to program the up/down limits and install the outside (wireless) control, since I couldn't be there. Very kind, professional service.

I had one garage door opener replaced and another garage door opener repaired. I thought the man doing the repair and install did an excellent job. He started the work at the time he said he would, he took the time to answer any questions I had. He finished the job in a reasonable amount of time and when I checked all the work he did I found all work he did to be perfect. I thought the cost of the work was reasonable.

Their service is amazing, especially considering I had a small project. The bottom weather stripping on one of my garage doors needed replacing. Ann was very helpful and friendly when making an appointment. The tech, Jonathan, came the next day after first calling to verify what I needed and give me his ETA. He fixed the door quickly, checked the other door, said it was okay (so no unnecessary repairs), and was very courteous throughout the process. The cost was very reasonable. I called another company which I have used in the past. Did I get a return phone call? Of course not! So I did a Google search and found Precision. Boom! I spoke with a flesh and blood person, not a machine. There was no artificial intelligence to navigate through. I spoke with them on Monday, and a service technician responded first thing Wednesday. He told me they normally respond within one day but he has been very busy. He was polite, professional, knew his job, and was fast in the repair. I will be contacting Precision for my needs in the future.

My home is over 30 years old with the original garage door. I noticed that it was noisy and "jerky", but it worked. Than the spring broke one cold night while I was asleep. I called the next morning and set up an appointment for that day. I talked to a courteous, polite and knowledgeable person, not a robot or web site. Greg Barndt arrived on time as promised and even gave me a call to tell when he was about 20 minutes from the ETA. The job was done with a complete rebuild of cables, pullies and springs at a reasonable price and in a professional way, quickly! All parts were in the truck and it never before worked so well!!
