We called a local contractor and he thought there was a Precision Door in Towanda. We live in Dushore. We also used Google and got more info. We called the listed telephone no. one evening. Arrangements were made for the tech to be here the next day between 3-6 but to our surprise he arrived earlier but had texted he was on the way. Andre was very pleasant, knowledge and professional. He explained everything and replaced the springs and cables in no time at all. We were very impressed with the 24/7 service and would highly recommend Precision Garage Doors.

I initially called because my remotes were not working. I also described to the technician that sometimes the door will partially close and reopen. When the technician first arrived everything worked fine. I agreed that troubleshooting would lead to a number of things. So the sensors, rollers and springs were replaced. During testing the door acted up again by stopping on its way down and reopening. A call was made to a supervisor who recommended changing the track. It was sold to me at cost. I am satisfied it seems to be working OK. If there are no mor more issues I am satisfied with the additional services.

It was a great experience from the receptionist to the technician everyone was very very professional technician came the time he said he was going to be here installed a new springs and made adjustments as required he did an outstanding job. This is not an easy door to work on industrial all glass panels very heavy it is so much easier to open now technicians name was Chris outstanding young man.

Had your man come and estimate: Replace 2 garage door openers, with keypad and remotes. Replace the 4 cables, bearing plates and torsion springs. Over $4K.??? No showing what he would do, if hired, no explanation. I still have not received the email copy of the estimate. That's OK. I'm not interested.
