The spring was broken, I called Monday and got it repaired the same day. Our tech Jacob was the best, our door is old and he replaced more than the springs since it did need more because of the age. All in all it was a pleasant experience and will recommend Precision to family and friends.

Our door repair went very well. The technician Jacob was great! He assessed the door and he explained everything that was wrong. Jacob showed up precisely when he said he'd be here, and was extremely polite and accommodating. My existing door was having problems that kept us basically stuck inside because of ice at our other doors. Precision quoted me a very fair price, and Jacob could have left it at that. He instead fixed my door to the extent that I could use it until my new door arrives. I highly recommend Precision as they treat you like you are their most important customer.

I had my reservations going in, but honestly the whole experience was great! Jacob was super nice and professional, plus he figured out what was wrong in just a few minutes and got right to work after going through all the details with me. The difference after the repair was night and day. I was so happy with how it went that I decided to have a couple of extra products installed while he was here. I'll definitely call Precision Overhead again if I need anything in the future.

Our garage door spring broke in half this past weekend. Doing some research, I found precison door services had nearly perfect reviews. Jacob, the technician, was on time and extremely knowledgeable. At no point did he try to upsell me on unnecessary add ons or upgrades. He explained everything in detail on what he was doing and what he suggested needed to be done in order to avoid future issues. Jacob was very personable and I highly recommend both him and precision door for all garage door repairs or installs.
