We are very happy with your service techs. We had the door fixed and, new opener put in 3 yrs ago. Never had a problem after installation. We had a bad storm here that caused 8 trees and electric pole come down on Garage. We had major damage to my home and Garage. $45,000 in damage. This happened July 3rd, 2025. Our contractor fixed the door he thought. We wound up having to call Precision Doors to come and service the door. Precision door is, top notch! Never had one problem from the first time tech came 3yrs ago. Highly recommend... Deborah

I got a phone call from Jacob. when he got here I asked him if he was Jiggles. that's what I thought his name was over the cell. from there we had a big laugh. he was great at what he does and fixed the door. come to find out we are brothers in arms and I want to thank him for his Service and it was great meeting him.

I was amazed at how quickly I was able to get the door fixed! I called yesterday, and they came this afternoon. The two gentlemen who came, Vaughn and John (not sure about second name), were very professional. Vaughn explained everything before the work was done, as well as giving me extimates for two different options. After finishing, he showed me what had been done as well as making sure everything was working properly. I was very impressed and would recommend this company to anyone.

My sister-in-law recommended Precision Overhead to me on New Year's Day, 1/1/24. I called that afternoon and Tom said he would send Chris the NEXT DAY!!! Chris called an hour before he showed up on time and determined the problem with my door was cracked top panels. Since I had two garage doors, he decided to strut both and change out the top panels. I agreed and Chris went to work completing the repair in about two hours and making sure both doors were working properly! Chris was such a polite,courteous and professional young man. I would gladly recommend Precision Door! Thank you Tom and Chris both for a job well done!
