We received quick service. John was professional and kept us advised of his arrival time. His technical skills reflected his excellent training and he completed the total spring, cable, and pulley replacement as well as a complete safety inspection on the door. Precision Door has totally met my expectations. We found them on an internet search with all positive reviews and were not disappointed. Highly recommend this company.

I woke up this morning, went out to open my garage door and guess what - it would not open. Upon investigating, I could see a broken torsion spring and I also assumed other issues might be involved because the door was 21 years old and had never been serviced. I called around 8 this morning and Vaughn was here before 12. Vaughn was excellent in explaining the issues and all of my options. Honestly, there were a couple of small items that I could have done myself, but it did not make sense when I had an expert right there to do them. Vaugn explained all costs and options. I am very happy with the service and the results. I will use Precision again if the need ever arises!
