Jacob arrived on time and he looked very professional. He assessed the door springs and the entire system. I was given two estimates. The first was to replace all damaged and worn hardware. The second was for additional improvements which I did not accept only because of the additional cost. Jacob completed the work within his estimated time. The work was very professional. I got a safe and complete job from Precision Service of NEPA. I am very satisfied with the technician and his work.

Pricing WAY out of line.
He Scott, I understand your frustration maintaining a second house. However, we are not subcontractors from that random big box store. We value our customers, level of service and quality of installation work. We value our employees and their well being. With that said, we are not able to sel operators at or below that sort of competition. And we certainly are not able to install operators for less than what we purchase them for from our suppliers. I'm sorry that you don't see it from our point of view and wish you all the best.
