Excellent service, called and talked to someone immediately. Service scheduled for a few days later. Technician arrive, quickly diagnosed the problem and had it repaired and gone within 45 minutes tops. Will use for all future garage door needs.

Received a text message which included the technicians name and photo. This was very professional. Gabriel was also professional in his appearance and working ethics. Gabriel provided three quotes where I could choose between a minimum fix by replacing a broken spring to a complete replacement of all the working and worn parts. Since I installed the door 21 years ago it made sense that bearings, rollers, and cabling were wore and my garage door opener was working harder than it should. The price for a complete refurbishing was reasonable. Plus a 7 year warranty was included. I would recommend this company because they had all the parts needed to repair my garage door mechanisms the same day that it broke. Others I called said they would have to order the correct spring after an initial visit. After completing the work, Gabriel gave me maintenance tips on how to keep my door working in tip top shape. I was also impressed with the scheduler who said a technician would be at my home between 3 and 6 o’clock. Gabriel arrived at 2:55. Thanks Gabriel, Mark Bodek
