The extension springs on my garage door are over 30 yrs old and so is all the other hardware. I've repaired the springs numerous times during that period. When one of them broke again, it was time for an overhaul and not by me. I'm getting too old for that stuff. Their technician, Gabe, came the very next day. He explained what needed to be done and replaced springs, rollers etc. and was done in about an hour. Great job!
