I chose Precision because of a Google Search for my area when I needed a Garage Door Opener in Eastern PA. Technician, John, came to give me a quote, and explained all the options. I had him come and install a garage door opener. He called ahead, was very professional and courteous, and did a great job. I would definitely recommend this company. Susan

My overall experience was very good. I filled out a form on the website and was contacted quickly. John the technician showed up on time and did a good job with the repairs. My only concern has to do with the pricing. I thought it was high for the scope of work and, in particular, I did not like that the warranty cost was bundled in the overall price. I would have turned down the warranty and saved some money if that was an option but it was not. I would also like to see the labor cost broken out from the parts. So, in conclusion good service and quality of work but not enough transparency on the pricing.

John came right on time, diagnosed the issue, and fixed it in a few minutes. He was thoroughly professional, easy to talk to, and very knowledgeable. We're very happy with his work and with Precision for getting right on this when I called.

Things went smoothly from my first contact with the office, and to the person who worked with me to get an appointment that fit my complicated schedule. The night prior I received a phone call from my tech John R. to let me know that I would be his first appointment and to expect him between 8-8:30. He apologized for calling so late - it wasn't even 8:00 pm. The next morning, he called to tell me what time he would arrive, and even asked if I needed anything from the deli. Talk about exceptional customer service! When John arrived, he was polite and courteous. He went to the garage door, ran some diagnostics on it and explained the problems to me. He worked up an estimate and I approved the work. John went to work and was professional and neat, cleaning up after himself. Garage door is now working perfectly and should I have any additional problems, or if any friends need assistance, I will highly recommend Precision to them.

He is considerate of your time and patient to explain the work situation, why you need a particular work plan, its advantages, warranties, and disadvantages of not selecting a plan. The extension springs on my garage door are over 30 yrs old and so is all the other hardware. I've repaired the springs numerous times during that period. When one of them broke again, it was time for an overhaul and not by me. I'm getting too old for that stuff. Their technician, Gabe, came the very next day. He explained what needed to be done and replaced springs, rollers etc. and was done in about an hour. Great job!

Called on Friday afternoon and had a scheduled appointment for Monday morning. Victor and his trainee, Darnell, arrived ahead of time after calling to check if it was okay. Victor looked at the problem and went over, showing me, what was needed to fix it. He then had Darnell explain it, since he was in training, to be sure that Darnell was able to go through it correctly. The two technicians went to work and completed the repairs. They showed me the parts that were replaced and how smoothly and quieter the door worked. A job well done by these two technicians. Will recommend Precision to my friends.
