I purchased my gargage door couple of years back and the metal plate in the middle was hitting my car when closing and opening. I call precision and they came out and fixed the problem. The technician Jacob was kind and professional, did it in couple of minutes. Time was punctual. Thank you for your help.

Excellent service starting right from the online scheduling, to checking the day prior with Taylor in scheduling, to the service provided by the onsite tech. He called ahead, arrived on time, gave three different pricing / service options, complete the job as estimated (and found / fixed a problem causing the door to bind... which I thought had stopped in warm weather but was related to the the cold last winter). He applied appropriate discounts and processed payment properly. If the other door has a problem (or I have need for more service)... I will consider no other except Precision Overhead Door!

Individual I talked with when I first called was very friendly and helpful. We set up a date and time. He informed me of the technicuians name. They sent me several remindersw before the date, The day of installation Jacob the installer notified me that he was on his way. He even offered to buy doughnuts and coffe. On site Jacob did a greate jjob trouble shooting my existing opener. It could not be salvaged. So we discvussed my optuons. I seklected what I needed and wanted. Jacob did an excellent job removing the old opener and installing the n ew opener. He did a great job answering all, and I had many questions. I would give Jacob a 12 out ot 10..

I chose Precision because of a Google Search for my area when I needed a Garage Door Opener in Eastern PA. Technician, John, came to give me a quote, and explained all the options. My overall experience was very good. I filled out a form on the website and was contacted quickly. John the technician showed up on time and did a good job with the repairs. My only concern has to do with the pricing. I thought it was high for the scope of work and, in particular, I did not like that the warranty cost was bundled in the overall price. I would have turned down the warranty and saved some money if that was an option but it was not. I would also like to see the labor cost broken out from the parts. So, in conclusion good service and quality of work but not enough transparency on the pricing.

Things went smoothly from my first contact with the office, and to the person who worked with me to get an appointment that fit my complicated schedule. The night prior I received a phone call from my tech John R. to let me know that I would be his first appointment and to expect him between 8-8:30. He apologized for calling so late - it wasn't even 8:00 pm. The next morning, he called to tell me what time he would arrive, and even asked if I needed anything from the deli. Talk about exceptional customer service! When John arrived, he was polite and courteous. He went to the garage door, ran some diagnostics on it and explained the problems to me. He worked up an estimate and I approved the work. John went to work and was professional and neat, cleaning up after himself. Garage door is now working perfectly and should I have any additional problems, or if any friends need assistance, I will highly recommend Precision to them.
