I had some trouble sourcing a new torsion spring for an old garage door and ended up buying a spring that was too much for the door. After fighting with it for far too long and getting no where I decided to call in the pro's...and I'm glad I did. My technician (Greg) was awesome. He was polite, very professional, and knew his stuff. He was able to see me the same day I called, and was in and out in just over an hour. My only regret is that I didn't call sooner. Fantastic service!

We needed someone to look at the spaces available to see if a garage door could be installed. The representative for the company was thorough with measurements and reviewed the situation with us. Very satisfied with the service. Thank you.

Contacted PrecisionDoors and their customer service was great from beginning to end. Greg Barndt arrived on site punctually and was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. It was a complete pleasure working with Greg and we will certainly call PrecisionDoors again to have them install the LiftMaster Opener for our next house. Highly Recommended!

Tom (quick response; courtesy & pro) & Greg, who repaired a door that’s been driving me nuts (& breaking my back) for years were: prompt, expert, reasonably priced, & responsive to all questions. Kudos gents!

I chose Precision Door through a google search. Your website was very impressive and when I called and actually got to speak with someone I was happy. Got an appointment, was told that the repair person would call before coming and he did and was at my house at precisely the time I was told. Greg was very informative and professional. I am totally pleased with your service and would definitely recommend you to others. Thank you !

Your Serviceman came out right away to check out the problem. He was courteous and explained what needed to be done. I thought I would need to make an appt. for him to return, instead he went right to work. I am very happy with the result.

Best thing since bread! I called this company because I saw they were licensed and insured. I am so thankful I did. They had me “at HELLO”. Beth answered the phone with a smile in her voice. She was professional and knowledge, yet friendly. I made the appointment and she sent out the best repairman I have had the experience of having in my home. Greg was punctual, professional, polite and new his job well. I would recommend this family owned professional garage company to everyone.

Gregory from Precision Doors called to confirm appt. Arrived on time. Found the problem quickly, fixed the door. Greg was friendly, courteous, and very knowledgeable about his job. The problem was found and parts were available on his truck. Prices are very reasonable. I would definitely call Percision Doors for Future Service. Thank you.
