Great experience all the way around. Our Tech was Greg and he was professional, courteous, and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. This was a non-emergency call and the work was completed less than 24 hours after requesting service. Top notch company with high standards for customer service and folks that pride themselves in quality workmanship.

August 6 2022 Your man was supposed to come to give us a price for two garage door replacements. He called at 7:45 am (we had an appointment for 8:00 am) and said that he had to "stop at the shop" before he got to my house and would be 50 minutes late. If this is how your company does business I'm not sure if you will get the job. I have had too many experiences with unreliable contractors in the past. Mike Velardi Bartonsville, Pa 570.460.9032

My home is over 30 years old with the original garage door. I noticed that it was noisy and "jerky", but it worked. Than the spring broke one cold night while I was asleep. I called the next morning and set up an appointment for that day. I talked to a courteous, polite and knowledgeable person, not a robot or web site. Greg Barndt arrived on time as promised and even gave me a call to tell when he was about 20 minutes from the ETA. The job was done with a complete rebuild of cables, pullies and springs at a reasonable price and in a professional way, quickly! All parts were in the truck and it never before worked so well!! Thank You.

Who would have thought that the spring breaking on my garage door waking up almost everyone in the house near midnight with the sound of an explosion, could turn into an awesome experience? The service provided by Precision is purely excellent. The tech knocked out spring repair on one door and a new unit install on a second while maintaining great conversation over coffee. Greg arrived next-day, on time, performed great work, and was clearly proficient and knowledgeable in all the products they provide. Now, I look forward to my next spring repair... thanks Greg!?
