Mark and Chris were techs who did repair. Mark was very professional, hard working and friendly. He gave us options as to different scenarios that could be done. We choose just to have door springs replaced on broken door. Did a thorough job in replacing them. Chris seemed very knowledgeable and reviewed work completed. While installing a new garage door opener for a friend, I noticed a broken spring. I was able to mount the opener but couldn't complete the installation because of the "frozen door." Your technicians installed a new spring and then were kind enough to program the up/down limits and install the outside (wireless) control, since I couldn't be there. Very kind, professional service.
