Great experience all the way around. Our Tech was Greg and he was professional, courteous, and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. This was a non-emergency call and the work was completed less than 24 hours after requesting service. Top notch company with high standards for customer service and folks that pride themselves in quality workmanship.

When my garage door broke Precision was able to get out quickly to get the issue fixed. In the process I learned that I needed a new garage door. The technician was very honest and up front with me on the cost to repair the damages vs. buying a new door. I appreciated their honesty and transparency. The new door came in during the time frame they gave me and they were very quick to get me an appt and get it installed. I highly recommend them for their quick work and great customer service.

A lightening strike caused a high voltage surge that wiped out our garage door openers (and other things). A call to Precision promptly brought out a service man who installed and adjusted two new door openers in a couple hours. In trying to fine tune the travel of one of the doors I managed to get it stuck. A man came out the next day to solve that problem. Couldn't ask for better service.
