My overall experience was very good. I filled out a form on the website and was contacted quickly. John the technician showed up on time and did a good job with the repairs. My only concern has to do with the pricing. I thought it was high for the scope of work and, in particular, I did not like that the warranty cost was bundled in the overall price. I would have turned down the warranty and saved some money if that was an option but it was not. I would also like to see the labor cost broken out from the parts. So, in conclusion good service and quality of work but not enough transparency on the pricing.

Called on Friday afternoon and had a scheduled appointment for Monday morning. Victor and his trainee, Darnell, arrived ahead of time after calling to check if it was okay. Victor looked at the problem and went over, showing me, what was needed to fix it. He then had Darnell explain it, since he was in training, to be sure that Darnell was able to go through it correctly. The two technicians went to work and completed the repairs. They showed me the parts that were replaced and how smoothly and quieter the door worked. A job well done by these two technicians. Will recommend Precision to my friends.
