We are very happy with your service techs. We had the door fixed and, new opener put in 3 yrs ago. Never had a problem after installation. We had a bad storm here that caused 8 trees and electric pole come down on Garage. We had major damage to my home and Garage. $45,000 in damage. This happened July 3rd, 2025. Our contractor fixed the door he thought. We wound up having to call Precision Doors to come and service the door. Precision door is, top notch! Our door repair went very well. The technician Jacob was great! He assessed the door and he explained everything that was wrong. Then gave me a detailed list of what parts were recommended/needed to repair the door. He had all the required parts on his truck and had the door up and running in a very short time. Jacob did a great job on installing a new opener and springs. He carefully explained the work and was easy to talk to. Only gotcha is that he should have had more training on the new model opener as we had trouble getting the video to stream from the camera on the door opener. Otherwise, we are pleased.

Jacob showed up precisely when he said he'd be here, and was extremely polite and accommodating. My existing door was having problems that kept us basically stuck inside because of ice at our other doors. Precision quoted me a very fair price, and Jacob could have left it at that. He instead fixed my door to the extent that I could use it until my new door arrives. I highly recommend Precision as they treat you like you are their most important customer.
