Individual I talked with when I first called was very friendly and helpful. We set up a date and time. He informed me of the technicuians name. They sent me several remindersw before the date, The day of installation Jacob the installer notified me that he was on his way. He even offered to buy doughnuts and coffe. On site Jacob did a greate jjob trouble shooting my existing opener. It could not be salvaged. So we discvussed my optuons. I seklected what I needed and wanted. Jacob did an excellent job removing the old opener and installing the n ew opener. He did a great job answering all, and I had many questions. I would give Jacob a 12 out ot 10..

This is the beginning of our journey with your company. We had no intentions on going with the first door company that would come first, or second. We’ve always get 3-bids and go with whoever would meet our needs at a reasonable price. Well your guy that came to our place was the first and ONLY one we had met with and we broke all of our cardinal rules. He was so professional on such a personable basis. I didn’t feel like I was dealing with a salesmen, I felt like he was our next door neighbor and to top it all of he was so knowledgeable about your products and our needs were met within the first 15 mins of talking with him. If I still had my company open I would have tried to encourage him to either team up with my company and Precision to have been my sole company I dealt with to put garage doors/man doors etc.. on my modular homes once sold and set on customers property. If you as the owner would have gave him a big bump to his way of life to have sign my company up or would have gave him a $ amount to have him come to work for me.. He’s a kind of employee any business owner dreams for, especially being a women since we just want friendly honest companies to sell us products that we know we need for whatever purpose and area we may be shopping for So for my money I sure hope after we move forward with this purchase that I can finish my thoughts of this company as well as I did on this day So as of right now they fixed our broken spring on our garage door that very day. We called for service on our garage door on a Sunday and Jacob arrived the next day! He was prompt, professional and thorough. Our garage door spring broke in half this past weekend. Doing some research, I found precison door services had nearly perfect reviews. Jacob, the technician, was on time and extremely knowledgeable. At no point did he try to upsell me on unnecessary add ons or upgrades. He explained everything in detail on what he was doing and what he suggested needed to be done in order to avoid future issues. Jacob was very personable and I highly recommend both him and precision door for all garage door repairs or installs.
