Jacob did a great job on installing a new opener and springs. He carefully explained the work and was easy to talk to. Only gotcha is that he should have had more training on the new model opener as we had trouble getting the video to stream from the camera on the door opener. Otherwise, we are pleased.

I had a problem with my garage door opener not operating properly. Your representative Jacob called ahead of time, and arrived exactly at the time he said he would. Jacob arrived on time and he looked very professional. He assessed the door springs and the entire system. I was given two estimates. The first was to replace all damaged and worn hardware. I had my reservations going in, but honestly the whole experience was great! Jacob was super nice and professional, plus he figured out what was wrong in just a few minutes and got right to work after going through all the details with me.
