Great service! We needed 3 new garage doors and we needed to replace the most frequently used garage door motor. Originally the doors were supposed to take 4 months to arrive, but wound up taking only 6 weeks! Precision showed up exactly when they said and everything is beautiful!

I had one garage door opener replaced and another garage door opener repaired. I thought the man doing the repair and install did an excellent job. He started the work at the time he said he would, he took the time to answer any questions I had. He finished the job in a reasonable amount of time and when I checked all the work he did I found all work he did to be perfect. I thought the cost of the work was reasonable.

Their service is amazing, especially considering I had a small project. The bottom weather stripping on one of my garage doors needed replacing. Ann was very helpful and friendly when making an appointment. The tech, Jonathan, came the next day after first calling to verify what I needed and give me his ETA. He fixed the door quickly, checked the other door, said it was okay (so no unnecessary repairs), and was very courteous throughout the process. The cost was very reasonable. I contacted them because of their reviews, so I hope my review helps others. I wholeheartedly recommend them.

Don't bother calling anyone else for your garage door repair or installation. I had 4 quotes from various outfits and none gave me a warm fuzzy feeling regarding the fix or their capabilities. I'm pretty much retired but I've built homes and flipped numerous homes. Simply put I know what's what and so I say again, just call Precision! Polite, knowledgeable competitively priced and very punctual. You do get what you pay for with them!

Precision overhead garage door actually answered my call on a Saturday afternoon. In todays day/age this was a surprise. We had our garage assessed and repaired by John. He called and gave me a time frame of when he would be arriving at my house and sure enough he was right on time. John was 100% professional and personable and did a great job! I was disappointed of the fact that I was charged for a service call. The person that you sent was a very nice and polite young man, he was there no more than 5 minutes. He told me that the rubber on my door was unable to repair because that's how they all are. However, he did try to accommodate the door, he said it wasn't the door, but that my house shifted, that was the reason for the gap. Why charge for service call when in actuality he did absolutely nothing ????. This door is brand new, I should not have been charge nothing at all.

August 6 2022 Your man was supposed to come to give us a price for two garage door replacements. He called at 7:45 am (we had an appointment for 8:00 am) and said that he had to "stop at the shop" before he got to my house and would be 50 minutes late. The extension springs on my garage door are over 30 yrs old and so is all the other hardware. I've repaired the springs numerous times during that period. When one of them broke again, it was time for an overhaul and not by me. I'm getting too old for that stuff. Their technician, Gabe, came the very next day. He explained what needed to be done and replaced springs, rollers etc. and was done in about an hour. Great job!

All of a sudden my garage door spring broke around 9 AM om Monday. I called Precision for an appointment and their technician, Victor arrived at my home around 3 hours later. He diagnosed my problem and had the proper springs and hardware on his truck to fix my door. Victor is a very knowledgeable and courteous individual.

I called another company which I have used in the past. Did I get a return phone call? Of course not! So I did a Google search and found Precision. Boom! I spoke with a flesh and blood person, not a machine. There was no artificial intelligence to navigate through. I spoke with them on Monday, and a service technician responded first thing Wednesday. He told me they normally respond within one day but he has been very busy. He was polite, professional, knew his job, and was fast in the repair. I will be contacting Precision for my needs in the future.
