This was a non-emergency call and the work was completed less than 24 hours after requesting service. Yes my garage door is now operating properly. When I asked about my home link I was told to refer to my manual. after he left I noticed that the light was not working why because there was no bulb installed when he arrived I pointed out the bulbs but it was not put in. I am elderly using a cane from a leg injury and had to get up and install the bulb, Shameful. He just wanted to get the job done and leave in my opinion, also the door explanation took less than a minute. For the price very very sad

I initially called because my remotes were not working. I also described to the technician that sometimes the door will partially close and reopen. When the technician first arrived everything worked fine. I agreed that troubleshooting would lead to a number of things. So the sensors, rollers and springs were replaced. During testing the door acted up again by stopping on its way down and reopening. A call was made to a supervisor who recommended changing the track. It was sold to me at cost. I am satisfied it seems to be working OK. If there are no mor more issues I am satisfied with the additional services.

When my garage door broke Precision was able to get out quickly to get the issue fixed. In the process I learned that I needed a new garage door. The technician was very honest and up front with me on the cost to repair the damages vs. buying a new door. I appreciated their honesty and transparency. The new door came in during the time frame they gave me and they were very quick to get me an appt and get it installed. I highly recommend them for their quick work and great customer service.

A lightening strike caused a high voltage surge that wiped out our garage door openers (and other things). A call to Precision promptly brought out a service man who installed and adjusted two new door openers in a couple hours. In trying to fine tune the travel of one of the doors I managed to get it stuck. A man came out the next day to solve that problem. Couldn't ask for better service.
