Liked speaking to a real person to take care of my service needs. Called in late AM and had a Service Technician at my house in the early afternoon of same day. Technician was very good, personable and informative. Fixed my problem quickly and was on his way. Although technician tested it a few times and adjusted it when the closing procedure was rejected. It worked at least 3 times before he left, but, after he left, it rejected closing 2 of the next 4 times closing. It still works most of the time, but frequently rejects closing.

Tim showed up earlier then expected which was great!! He explained everything to me what went wrong showed me my bearings need to be replaced showed me the actual wear on the rod carrying the springs showed me the bearing didn’t roll right fixed my springs and my door within an hour . My home is over 30 years old with the original garage door. I noticed that it was noisy and "jerky", but it worked. Than the spring broke one cold night while I was asleep. I called the next morning and set up an appointment for that day. I talked to a courteous, polite and knowledgeable person, not a robot or web site. Greg Barndt arrived on time as promised and even gave me a call to tell when he was about 20 minutes from the ETA. The job was done with a complete rebuild of cables, pullies and springs at a reasonable price and in a professional way, quickly! All parts were in the truck and it never before worked so well!!
