Repair tech was extremely courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. He explained what he was going to do as he worked, before Doing it. He cleaned up as he worked. He left no mess behind. He was well mannered I was very impressed to get a live person rather than a recording when I called for service and was surprised that Precision was able to come out the same day. Liked speaking to a real person to take care of my service needs. Called in late AM and had a Service Technician at my house in the early afternoon of same day. Technician was very good, personable and informative. Fixed my problem quickly and was on his way. Although technician tested it a few times and adjusted it when the closing procedure was rejected. It worked at least 3 times before he left, but, after he left, it rejected closing 2 of the next 4 times closing. It still works most of the time, but frequently rejects closing.

Tim showed up earlier then expected which was great!! He explained everything to me what went wrong showed me my bearings need to be replaced showed me the actual wear on the rod carrying the springs showed me the bearing didn’t roll right fixed my springs and my door within an hour . SO THEREFORE I GOT TO MY COMPUTER AND FOUND IMMEDIATELY PRECISION DOOR SERVICE. A YOUNG FELLOW BY THE NAME OF JIM CAME TO OUR HOME. HE WAS WONDERFUL AND GOT US UP AND RUNNING IN NO TIME WHATSOEVER. HE WAS PERSONABLE, KNOWLEDGEABLE, JUST AN OUT AND OUT TERRIFIC REPAIRMAN FOR OUR HOME. PRECISION IS JUST WONDERFUL. DON'T DELAY, CALL THEM AND IN NO TIME YOU ARE UP AND RUNNING. WE HAD JIM TAKE CARE OF THE SPRING AND WHATEVER ELSE WE NEEDED BECAUSE THE GARAGE DOOR HAS NEVER BEEN SERVICED IN NUMEROUS NUMEROUS YEARS. WE HAD A TOTAL OVERHALL SPRINGS, WHATEVER WE NEEDED.

My home is over 30 years old with the original garage door. I noticed that it was noisy and "jerky", but it worked. Than the spring broke one cold night while I was asleep. I called the next morning and set up an appointment for that day. I talked to a courteous, polite and knowledgeable person, not a robot or web site. Greg Barndt arrived on time as promised and even gave me a call to tell when he was about 20 minutes from the ETA. The job was done with a complete rebuild of cables, pullies and springs at a reasonable price and in a professional way, quickly! All parts were in the truck and it never before worked so well!!
