All of a sudden my garage door spring broke around 9 AM om Monday. I called Precision for an appointment and their technician, Victor arrived at my home around 3 hours later. He diagnosed my problem and had the proper springs and hardware on his truck to fix my door. Victor is a very knowledgeable and courteous individual.

I called another company which I have used in the past. Did I get a return phone call? Of course not! So I did a Google search and found Precision. Boom! I spoke with a flesh and blood person, not a machine. There was no artificial intelligence to navigate through. I spoke with them on Monday, and a service technician responded first thing Wednesday. He told me they normally respond within one day but he has been very busy. He was polite, professional, knew his job, and was fast in the repair. I will be contacting Precision for my needs in the future.

It was a great experience from the receptionist to the technician everyone was very very professional technician came the time he said he was going to be here installed a new springs and made adjustments as required he did an outstanding job. Liked speaking to a real person to take care of my service needs. Called in late AM and had a Service Technician at my house in the early afternoon of same day. Technician was very good, personable and informative. Fixed my problem quickly and was on his way. Although technician tested it a few times and adjusted it when the closing procedure was rejected. It worked at least 3 times before he left, but, after he left, it rejected closing 2 of the next 4 times closing. It still works most of the time, but frequently rejects closing.

He explained everything to me what went wrong showed me my bearings need to be replaced showed me the actual wear on the rod carrying the springs showed me the bearing didn’t roll right fixed my springs and my door within an hour . My home is over 30 years old with the original garage door. I noticed that it was noisy and "jerky", but it worked. Than the spring broke one cold night while I was asleep. I called the next morning and set up an appointment for that day. I talked to a courteous, polite and knowledgeable person, not a robot or web site. Greg Barndt arrived on time as promised and even gave me a call to tell when he was about 20 minutes from the ETA. The job was done with a complete rebuild of cables, pullies and springs at a reasonable price and in a professional way, quickly! All parts were in the truck and it never before worked so well!!
