Hi. First I'd like to tell you how much we loved your professional staff and the timely service call considering we placed the call after 9 pm last night. Victor, your agent did a great job of explaining our problem and replacing our antiquated Genie system. He was in and out in less than two hours. I would happily recommend your company to anyone and everyone!

I have used Precision Door in NJ and was thrilled to find that they serviced Northeast PA as well. From start to finish, I had the very best service including my initial contact with Terry to make sure we had what we needed to Victor who did the install. Both were very friendly, professional and truly committed to providing excellent customer service. Once we decided to move forward with installing a new gargage door opener for my parents, it was done in 2 days! Great job, Precision Door, thank you!!!

I chose Precision Door through a google search. Your website was very impressive and when I called and actually got to speak with someone I was happy. Got an appointment, was told that the repair person would call before coming and he did and was at my house at precisely the time I was told. Greg was very informative and professional. I am totally pleased with your service and would definitely recommend you to others. Thank you !

We researched various garage doors and installer companies. We chose Precision because the sales rep recommended Hormann doors as being the strongest and most likely to arrive without damage. We purchased the Hormann Extreme package which added to the strength. The installer sent us drawings in advance showing where we needed to run the electricity and the installation was excellent.

Your Serviceman came out right away to check out the problem. He was courteous and explained what needed to be done. I thought I would need to make an appt. for him to return, instead he went right to work. I am very happy with the result.

Best thing since bread! I called this company because I saw they were licensed and insured. I am so thankful I did. They had me “at HELLO”. Beth answered the phone with a smile in her voice. She was professional and knowledge, yet friendly. I made the appointment and she sent out the best repairman I have had the experience of having in my home. Greg was punctual, professional, polite and new his job well. I would recommend this family owned professional garage company to everyone.
