Jacob our service tech was on time and very friendly. His diagnosis and repair of our garage door was very thorough and he had all of the supplies on hand for a same day fix (which was greatly appreciated in the middle of winter)

Jacob showed up precisely when he said he'd be here, and was extremely polite and accommodating. My existing door was having problems that kept us basically stuck inside because of ice at our other doors. Precision quoted me a very fair price, and Jacob could have left it at that. He instead fixed my door to the extent that I could use it until my new door arrives. I highly recommend Precision as they treat you like you are their most important customer.

I used precision to replace my garage door opener, springs and related mechanical bits after mine died of old age. It was a painless process start to finish: Scheduling the appointment through the site was easy, the technician (Jacob) showed up a the advertised time and was extremely professional, answered all my questions and had everything replaced in a few hours.

I can't say enough about your company! The tech that came out was very knowledgeable and friendly. He explained everything he was going to do and also showed me issues that I had on my other 2 doors. When he finished everything he cleaned up all his mess and took all the old materials with him. I would recommend your company to all my friends! Thank you so much.

I had a problem with my garage door opener not operating properly. Your representative Jacob called ahead of time, and arrived exactly at the time he said he would. Jacob then identified the problem very quickly. He was able to correct the problem very quickly and identified a few other issues that may need attention. He lubricated my garage doors, tightened the chain, and now all three doors are operating smoothly...all at a reasonable cost. Jacob could not have been any nicer. This was a great experience with your company. I highly recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door Service to anyone that needs to have work done on their garage doors and openers.

Was searching for company that offered the possibility of "repairing" an opener. Service tech was very knowledgeable of systems and offered numerous options of what needed/could be done. Decision was made to go with new system. Work was performed efficiently and within reasonable time.

Found this company on the Internet. Good reviews so I set up appointment. Glad I did. Jacob, the technician was on time and very polite. He found the issues with my garage door and gave me options. Did the work same day and now my door is great. Price was about what my research said it be . I definitely would recommend them.

Jacob was very pleasant. Once he looked over the situation, he came and told me what needed to be done. He gave me a choice of 3 different repairs. I chose the middle repair. I didn’t seem to take him very long to do the job.

Jacob arrived on time and he looked very professional. He assessed the door springs and the entire system. I was given two estimates. The first was to replace all damaged and worn hardware. The second was for additional improvements which I did not accept only because of the additional cost. Jacob completed the work within his estimated time. The work was very professional. I got a safe and complete job from Precision Service of NEPA. I am very satisfied with the technician and his work.

I had my reservations going in, but honestly the whole experience was great! Jacob was super nice and professional, plus he figured out what was wrong in just a few minutes and got right to work after going through all the details with me. The difference after the repair was night and day. I was so happy with how it went that I decided to have a couple of extra products installed while he was here. I'll definitely call Precision Overhead again if I need anything in the future.
