My sister-in-law recommended Precision Overhead to me on New Year's Day, 1/1/24. I called that afternoon and Tom said he would send Chris the NEXT DAY!!! Chris called an hour before he showed up on time and determined the problem with my door was cracked top panels. Since I had two garage doors, he decided to strut both and change out the top panels. I agreed and Chris went to work completing the repair in about two hours and making sure both doors were working properly! Chris was such a polite,courteous and professional young man. I would gladly recommend Precision Door! Thank you Tom and Chris both for a job well done!

Super quick service. Springs broke yesterday, fixed already today! Knew exactly when technician would arrive. Received an email, text and call from technician. Call was like 15 minutes before, so I could be prepared. Technician was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. Did not take any time at all to repair it. Will definitely deal with them again!

Let me set the scene: Friday night, both garage doors die. I call Precision. Saturday morning, get promised call technician is on the way. Victor shows up. It's 45* and raining constantly. He is polite, friendly, and extremely competent and informed. He surveys the scene and offers me two solutions, one a little pricier than the other. He does NOT push the more expensive one; he simply gave me all the facts I needed (I got the more expensive one...lifetime warranty/belt drive). By noon IT IS INSTALLED! Completely. A huge upgrade from our previous 20 year old system. Victor then teaches all the ins and outs to my wife and me, making sure all questions are answered. I could not be more impressed with a company. Excellent prices, unbelievable service. I absolutely recommend these folks. In fact, here's my cell: 615-210-8024. Call me for verification. THIS is the company you want to use. Thanks, Victor, for getting wet and cold, yet solving our problem in short order!

Yes my garage door is now operating properly. When I asked about my home link I was told to refer to my manual. after he left I noticed that the light was not working why because there was no bulb installed when he arrived I pointed out the bulbs but it was not put in. I am elderly using a cane from a leg injury and had to get up and install the bulb, Shameful. He just wanted to get the job done and leave in my opinion, also the door explanation took less than a minute. For the price very very sad

I initially called because my remotes were not working. I also described to the technician that sometimes the door will partially close and reopen. When the technician first arrived everything worked fine. I agreed that troubleshooting would lead to a number of things. So the sensors, rollers and springs were replaced. During testing the door acted up again by stopping on its way down and reopening. A call was made to a supervisor who recommended changing the track. It was sold to me at cost. I am satisfied it seems to be working OK. If there are no mor more issues I am satisfied with the additional services.
