Good morning! Yesterday, I had your Technician, Mark, show up at my residence. I had two worn and dated garage doors and associated mechanicals. Mark did an assessment and diagnosed the problems. Both doors needed a complete rebuild and replacement of hardware, i.e., springs, cables, wheels and and associated bearings. He was on time, concise, professional and respectful. The job was completed in a little over two hours. I would recommend him and your company to anyone with garage door issues!

Our garage door spring broke in half this past weekend. Doing some research, I found precison door services had nearly perfect reviews. Jacob, the technician, was on time and extremely knowledgeable. At no point did he try to upsell me on unnecessary add ons or upgrades. He explained everything in detail on what he was doing and what he suggested needed to be done in order to avoid future issues.
