The first thing that impressed me about Precision Door was that I did not get a recording when I called them. An actual human answered the phone and talked to me. I explained the problem with my garage door and he proceeded to tell me what I could expect and they could come tomorrow, between 12 and five the next day. As it was after three in the afternoon, I did not expect them to come out that day. The next day I got a call at noon they would be at my house about 1:15. They arrived at that time fixed my door and did a little bit of service on it. All three of the men that I spoke with were professional, and personable. I would certainly call them again and tell anybody who needs a garage door to call. Precision Door.

I was amazed at how quickly I was able to get the door fixed! I called yesterday, and they came this afternoon. The two gentlemen who came, Vaughn and John (not sure about second name), were very professional. Vaughn explained everything before the work was done, as well as giving me extimates for two different options. After finishing, he showed me what had been done as well as making sure everything was working properly. I was very impressed and would recommend this company to anyone.

I woke up this morning, went out to open my garage door and guess what - it would not open. Upon investigating, I could see a broken torsion spring and I also assumed other issues might be involved because the door was 21 years old and had never been serviced. I called around 8 this morning and Vaughn was here before 12. Vaughn was excellent in explaining the issues and all of my options. Honestly, there were a couple of small items that I could have done myself, but it did not make sense when I had an expert right there to do them. Vaugn explained all costs and options. I am very happy with the service and the results. I will use Precision again if the need ever arises!

The technician Chris kept us informed of his arrival time and showed up on time. He diagnosed the problem and gave us a quote prior to the repair. The repair was performed and all old parts were removed and work area cleaned. He also gave us a quote on replacing the garage door and opener prior to his departure. Over all a great experience and a quality repair by a awsome technician.

We called a local contractor and he thought there was a Precision Door in Towanda. We live in Dushore. We also used Google and got more info. We called the listed telephone no. one evening. Arrangements were made for the tech to be here the next day between 3-6 but to our surprise he arrived earlier but had texted he was on the way. Andre was very pleasant, knowledge and professional. He explained everything and replaced the springs and cables in no time at all. We were very impressed with the 24/7 service and would highly recommend Precision Garage Doors.
