I CAME HOME YESTERDAY AND PULLED INTO OUR GARAGE. THE CAR WENT IN SAFELY AND WE WENT TO CLOSE THE GARAGE DOOR AND WE HEARD THE LOUDEST NOISE. SOMETHING BROKE BUT AT FIRST WE DIDN'T KNOW WHERE IT CAME FROM. LOW AND BEHOLD THE SPRING ON THE GARAGE DOOR - A DOUBLE WIDE GARAGE DOOR BROKE. I KNEW WE WERE IN TROUBLE. SO THEREFORE I GOT TO MY COMPUTER AND FOUND IMMEDIATELY PRECISION DOOR SERVICE. A YOUNG FELLOW BY THE NAME OF JIM CAME TO OUR HOME. HE WAS WONDERFUL AND GOT US UP AND RUNNING IN NO TIME WHATSOEVER. HE WAS PERSONABLE, KNOWLEDGEABLE, JUST AN OUT AND OUT TERRIFIC REPAIRMAN FOR OUR HOME. PRECISION IS JUST WONDERFUL. DON'T DELAY, CALL THEM AND IN NO TIME YOU ARE UP AND RUNNING. WE HAD JIM TAKE CARE OF THE SPRING AND WHATEVER ELSE WE NEEDED BECAUSE THE GARAGE DOOR HAS NEVER BEEN SERVICED IN NUMEROUS NUMEROUS YEARS. WE HAD A TOTAL OVERHALL SPRINGS, WHATEVER WE NEEDED.

My home is over 30 years old with the original garage door. I noticed that it was noisy and "jerky", but it worked. Than the spring broke one cold night while I was asleep. I called the next morning and set up an appointment for that day. I talked to a courteous, polite and knowledgeable person, not a robot or web site. Greg Barndt arrived on time as promised and even gave me a call to tell when he was about 20 minutes from the ETA. The job was done with a complete rebuild of cables, pullies and springs at a reasonable price and in a professional way, quickly! All parts were in the truck and it never before worked so well!! Thank You.

Who would have thought that the spring breaking on my garage door waking up almost everyone in the house near midnight with the sound of an explosion, could turn into an awesome experience? The service provided by Precision is purely excellent. The tech knocked out spring repair on one door and a new unit install on a second while maintaining great conversation over coffee. Greg arrived next-day, on time, performed great work, and was clearly proficient and knowledgeable in all the products they provide. Now, I look forward to my next spring repair... thanks Greg!?

I had some trouble sourcing a new torsion spring for an old garage door and ended up buying a spring that was too much for the door. After fighting with it for far too long and getting no where I decided to call in the pro's...and I'm glad I did. My technician (Greg) was awesome. He was polite, very professional, and knew his stuff. He was able to see me the same day I called, and was in and out in just over an hour. My only regret is that I didn't call sooner. Fantastic service!

Had your man come and estimate: Replace 2 garage door openers, with keypad and remotes. Replace the 4 cables, bearing plates and torsion springs. Over $4K.??? No showing what he would do, if hired, no explanation. I still have not received the email copy of the estimate. That's OK. I'm not interested.

Tim showed up earlier then expected which was great!! He explained everything to me what went wrong showed me my bearings need to be replaced showed me the actual wear on the rod carrying the springs showed me the bearing didn’t roll right fixed my springs and my door within an hour . Xi would definitely recommend precision door to family and neighbors thank you!!
