Call to Precision Door for garage door not opening all the way: answered by human and she diagnosed issue as a broken spring and scheduled appt in 3 days. Call from tech day before to let us know what time he would arrive. Call from tech day of appt to ask if he could come earlier. He did. Mark worked independently but let us know it was the spring and what repair would cost. He had to replace bearings and spring. Also replaced outside remote. Mark was a joy to converse with and knowledgeable about the door workings. He enjoys his job and a wonderful representative of your company.

Started with a bang on a Saturday afternoon. Called Precision because they were the only one listed as open and their reviews were good. Not one bit sorry. From Greg on the phone to Chris who drove up from Drums the experience left nothing to be desired. Two springs and what goes with it, very satisfied with all parties involved, especially Chris. Jacob was here to replace my keypad for the garage door. He also suggested that I might need to replace the mechanism in the near future so I had him do that while he was here.
