I had a problem with my garage door opener not operating properly. Your representative Jacob called ahead of time, and arrived exactly at the time he said he would. Jacob then identified the problem very quickly. He was able to correct the problem very quickly and identified a few other issues that may need attention. He lubricated my garage doors, tightened the chain, and now all three doors are operating smoothly...all at a reasonable cost. Jacob could not have been any nicer. Jacob arrived on time and he looked very professional. He assessed the door springs and the entire system. I was given two estimates. The first was to replace all damaged and worn hardware. The second was for additional improvements which I did not accept only because of the additional cost. Jacob completed the work within his estimated time. The work was very professional. I got a safe and complete job from Precision Service of NEPA. I am very satisfied with the technician and his work.

Individual I talked with when I first called was very friendly and helpful. We set up a date and time. He informed me of the technicuians name. They sent me several remindersw before the date, The day of installation Jacob the installer notified me that he was on his way. He even offered to buy doughnuts and coffe. On site Jacob did a greate jjob trouble shooting my existing opener. It could not be salvaged. So we discvussed my optuons. I seklected what I needed and wanted. Jacob did an excellent job removing the old opener and installing the n ew opener. He did a great job answering all, and I had many questions. I would give Jacob a 12 out ot 10..
