I purchased my gargage door couple of years back and the metal plate in the middle was hitting my car when closing and opening. I call precision and they came out and fixed the problem. Excellent service starting right from the online scheduling, to checking the day prior with Taylor in scheduling, to the service provided by the onsite tech. He called ahead, arrived on time, gave three different pricing / service options, complete the job as estimated (and found / fixed a problem causing the door to bind... which I thought had stopped in warm weather but was related to the the cold last winter). He applied appropriate discounts and processed payment properly. If the other door has a problem (or I have need for more service)... I will consider no other except Precision Overhead Door!

Jacob was very courteous and professional. He gave us three estimates to choose from. He fixed the initial problem of a broken spring but also installed a bottom door panel that we had on hand and needed replaced. He also showed me how to lubricate the wheels and the pulleys to keep them running smoothly. We are very happy with his work!!

The spring was broken, I called Monday and got it repaired the same day. Our tech Jacob was the best, our door is old and he replaced more than the springs since it did need more because of the age. All in all it was a pleasant experience and will recommend Precision to family and friends.

Had a new garage door installed in 2023 with jack shaft motor and extra remotes. Every year I get it serviced regardless to ensure its functioning properly. Today mark came out as scheduled. Mark inspected everything and lubed all necessary components. Everyone that has come out has been very professional and knowledgeable. Very happy with the services you provide. I was not happy regarding the inflated service prices from the last time you guys came out however once I got over the shock of the costs I was fine. Mark waved the service fee making the costs practical even though I ended up telling him the price was fine. Very appreciated. Thank you

We are very happy with your service techs. We had the door fixed and, new opener put in 3 yrs ago. Never had a problem after installation. We had a bad storm here that caused 8 trees and electric pole come down on Garage. We had major damage to my home and Garage. $45,000 in damage. This happened July 3rd, 2025. Our contractor fixed the door he thought. We wound up having to call Precision Doors to come and service the door. Precision door is, top notch!
