Liked speaking to a real person to take care of my service needs. Called in late AM and had a Service Technician at my house in the early afternoon of same day. Technician was very good, personable and informative. Fixed my problem quickly and was on his way. Although technician tested it a few times and adjusted it when the closing procedure was rejected. It worked at least 3 times before he left, but, after he left, it rejected closing 2 of the next 4 times closing. It still works most of the time, but frequently rejects closing.

I initially called because my remotes were not working. I also described to the technician that sometimes the door will partially close and reopen. When the technician first arrived everything worked fine. I agreed that troubleshooting would lead to a number of things. So the sensors, rollers and springs were replaced. During testing the door acted up again by stopping on its way down and reopening. A call was made to a supervisor who recommended changing the track. It was sold to me at cost. I am satisfied it seems to be working OK. If there are no mor more issues I am satisfied with the additional services.
