Super quick service. Springs broke yesterday, fixed already today! Knew exactly when technician would arrive. Received an email, text and call from technician. Call was like 15 minutes before, so I could be prepared. Technician was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. Did not take any time at all to repair it. Will definitely deal with them again!

Let me set the scene: Friday night, both garage doors die. I call Precision. Saturday morning, get promised call technician is on the way. Victor shows up. It's 45* and raining constantly. He is polite, friendly, and extremely competent and informed. He surveys the scene and offers me two solutions, one a little pricier than the other. He does NOT push the more expensive one; he simply gave me all the facts I needed (I got the more expensive one...lifetime warranty/belt drive). By noon IT IS INSTALLED! Completely. A huge upgrade from our previous 20 year old system. Victor then teaches all the ins and outs to my wife and me, making sure all questions are answered. I could not be more impressed with a company. Excellent prices, unbelievable service. I absolutely recommend these folks. In fact, here's my cell: 615-210-8024. Call me for verification. THIS is the company you want to use. Thanks, Victor, for getting wet and cold, yet solving our problem in short order!

Yes my garage door is now operating properly. When I asked about my home link I was told to refer to my manual. after he left I noticed that the light was not working why because there was no bulb installed when he arrived I pointed out the bulbs but it was not put in. I am elderly using a cane from a leg injury and had to get up and install the bulb, Shameful. He just wanted to get the job done and leave in my opinion, also the door explanation took less than a minute. For the price very very sad

I was disappointed of the fact that I was charged for a service call. The person that you sent was a very nice and polite young man, he was there no more than 5 minutes. He told me that the rubber on my door was unable to repair because that's how they all are. However, he did try to accommodate the door, he said it wasn't the door, but that my house shifted, that was the reason for the gap. Why charge for service call when in actuality he did absolutely nothing ????. This door is brand new, I should not have been charge nothing at all.

Thanks for your feedback. We do our best to accommodate all things and take care of issues if they arise, even for doors that were installed over a year ago. As you know, the floor of your garage was not level at the time of installation. We returned later and replaced the bottom seal with a larger type at no charge to you, neither labor, material nor service fee. At that time, we also informed you that the problem will remain as long as the issue with the concrete floor was not addressed. It has been over 1yr since the door was installed and the issue addressed to the best of our ability on the garage door side of things. As we discussed, we strongly suggest you repair the concrete.

All of a sudden my garage door spring broke around 9 AM om Monday. I called Precision for an appointment and their technician, Victor arrived at my home around 3 hours later. He diagnosed my problem and had the proper springs and hardware on his truck to fix my door. Victor is a very knowledgeable and courteous individual.

I called on Saturday and Precision came on Monday. The technician came on a timely basis. Very knowledgeable. Explained what we needed to be done and gave us several options. Installation was the same day which was great. Installed quickly and done right. Cleaned up and was very professional and courteous! Excellent service
