I chose Precision because of a Google Search for my area when I needed a Garage Door Opener in Eastern PA. Technician, John, came to give me a quote, and explained all the options. While installing a new garage door opener for a friend, I noticed a broken spring. I was able to mount the opener but couldn't complete the installation because of the "frozen door." Your technicians installed a new spring and then were kind enough to program the up/down limits and install the outside (wireless) control, since I couldn't be there. Very kind, professional service.

Of course, your technician, Chris Schray was courteous, very clear about what was needed and explained what my choices were. He was efficient in making repairs. He went a step further to insure that nuts/bolts/screws and springs were secure and functioning properly at the end of his job. My expectations were more than met!! Well done! Things went smoothly from my first contact with the office, and to the person who worked with me to get an appointment that fit my complicated schedule. The night prior I received a phone call from my tech John R. to let me know that I would be his first appointment and to expect him between 8-8:30. He apologized for calling so late - it wasn't even 8:00 pm. The next morning, he called to tell me what time he would arrive, and even asked if I needed anything from the deli. Talk about exceptional customer service! When John arrived, he was polite and courteous. He went to the garage door, ran some diagnostics on it and explained the problems to me. He worked up an estimate and I approved the work. John went to work and was professional and neat, cleaning up after himself. Garage door is now working perfectly and should I have any additional problems, or if any friends need assistance, I will highly recommend Precision to them.

The first thing that impressed me about Precision Door was that I did not get a recording when I called them. An actual human answered the phone and talked to me. I explained the problem with my garage door and he proceeded to tell me what I could expect and they could come tomorrow, between 12 and five the next day. As it was after three in the afternoon, I did not expect them to come out that day. The next day I got a call at noon they would be at my house about 1:15. They arrived at that time fixed my door and did a little bit of service on it. All three of the men that I spoke with were professional, and personable. I would certainly call them again and tell anybody who needs a garage door to call. Precision Door.
