Started with a bang on a Saturday afternoon. Called Precision because they were the only one listed as open and their reviews were good. Not one bit sorry. From Greg on the phone to Chris who drove up from Drums the experience left nothing to be desired. Two springs and what goes with it, very satisfied with all parties involved, especially Chris. Mike Charnogursky South Abington Twp. 3/15/25 was the service date.

Pretty much had to replace everything except the door and tracks (was all older setup from a relative s house) , but everything was done in a couple hours with no issues or delays. Service technician was on time, knowledgeable and friendly. Would definitely recommend.

Jacob was here to replace my keypad for the garage door. He also suggested that I might need to replace the mechanism in the near future so I had him do that while he was here. He had all equipment in his vehicle so I didnt have to wait for it to be ordered. He did a fantastic job and I love my new opener!

Mark and Chris were techs who did repair. Mark was very professional, hard working and friendly. He gave us options as to different scenarios that could be done. We choose just to have door springs replaced on broken door. Did a thorough job in replacing them. Chris seemed very knowledgeable and reviewed work completed. Very satisfied with competed job and team performance! Would recommend to everyone, will use again if needed in future……great job team!!!!
